At Andhari Pathipagam, we are committed to providing quality books and excellent customer service. If you receive a book that is damaged, defective, has printing issues, or is different from the item you ordered, you may request a return or refund.
To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the product and packaging. After verification, we will offer a suitable resolution, including a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Eligible Returns
Returns or replacements may be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Damaged books received during shipping
- Incorrect book delivered
- Missing items in the order
- Manufacturing or printing defects
The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging whenever applicable.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Books purchased due to change of mind
- Orders placed by mistake
- Books damaged after delivery
- Digital products, e-books, or downloadable content (if applicable)
- Products purchased during special clearance sales unless received damaged or incorrect
Return Process
To request a return or refund, please contact our customer support team with:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- Brief description of the issue
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for replacement or refund processing.
Refund Process & Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through UPI or bank transfer after receiving the necessary account details.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the order will be treated according to this Return & Refund Policy.
